Staff Biographies
Dale K. Weighill is the Resource Center's President & CEO. Dale received his undergraduate education from The University of Michigan, Dearborn and his graduate education fromAmerican University in Washington, DC. He possesses both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Political Science. Prior to working at theResource Center, Dale served as a Legislative Assistant to State Representative Laura M. Toy (R-Livonia). He has also taught courses in American government for Mott Community College in Flint and Oakland Community College in Waterford. He is a former two-term member of the Clarenceville Board of Education in Livonia, Michigan. Dale presently serves as the Immediate Past Chair of the Genesee County Nonprofit Association; Immediate Past Chair of the Volunteer Center National Network Council. He is a current member of the Board of Trustees of the Michigan Nonprofit Association.
Tinamarie Hubbard is the Database Manager for the Resource Center.In addition to managing the data which underlies and supports the Information ServicesProgram (the printed Community Sourcebook On-Line), she manages marketing of these services.
Lindsey Younger serves as the Program Director of Information Services for the Resource Center. She provides leadership, direction, and support to the Resource Center's Information Services program area including the Human Services Information Line; Community Sourcebook; SourceBook Online; and customized directories. She brings experience in fund development, membership programming, marketing and communications, and diversity training. She received a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish from the University of Michigan-Flint and has completed course work toward a Master of Arts in Language and International Trade from Eastern Michigan University. She is Immediate Past President of the Rotary Club of Flint, a member of the City of Flint Human Relations Commission, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Tribute Dinner Planning Committee, the Gerholz Christian Counseling Advisory Board, and a facilitator for the Leadership in Interethnic Relations (LDIR) Program of Flint.
John Waldo, M.A. is the Director of Leadership Programs.He oversees Leadership Genesee and Greater Flint Youth Leadership. John received his undergraduate education at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Canton (A.S.) and Roberts Wesleyan College (B.A.) in Rochester, NY. He possesses a Master's degree from Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky. Prior to coming to the Resource Center, John worked for the Genesee Intermediate School District, Covenant Hills Camp in Otisville, and has also served as a pastor. He has extensive experience in youth work, from program administration to serving as a youth speaker at several camps in Michigan. He has served on several community collaboratives, and currently serves on the board of Compassionate Life Foundation. A native of upstate New York, John and his family have lived in the Genesee County area since 1990.
